The latest celebrity couple to flee California, they site high crime rate and homelessness. " Florida is what America USED to be" says Baio.

The family will be living in Bradenton and are currently renting a condominium until their home is finished being built.

The Charles In CHARGE actor is doing just that ..... as he is the new mayor of Bradenton!
