In October, The Service Club of Chicago hosted their 2017 Annual Gala at The Ritz-Carlton, Chicago and raised more than $450,000 — a record amount — for the organization, which works “to award grants that will expand facilities, improve equipment and initiate new programs for Chicagoland’s 501(c)(3) organizations, thereby assisting the community as a whole.”

During the event, Myra Reilly was honored for her 37 years of volunteerism with The Service Club of Chicago, the oldest all-women philanthropic organization in Chicago. “It is humbling to be honored by the Service Club,” Reilly says. “I have volunteered with this organization for so long because I am proud to support its mission of rendering service to the community. Truly, no one is greater than the service she renders the world.”
