After leading MICHELIN-starred restaurants in Germany and Switzerland, Tristan Brandt opened his first restaurant in the United States in December 2022. An intimate space tucked inside the Carillon Miami Wellness Resort in North Beach, the Tambourine Room by Tristan Brandt seats only 18 people. It’s open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday. Reservations are a must, of course. Diners can choose three-course or six-course tasting menus highlighting contemporary French cuisine with Asian influences.
