Top 3 Companies Moving Into Miami’s Brickell Neighborhood 

1. CITADEL
Citadel, the $51 billion hedge fund founded by billionaire investor Ken Griffin, is moving its global headquarters to Miami from Chicago, becoming the latest investment firm to shift offices to Florida in the wake of the pandemic and after.
2. MICROSOFT
The firm has signed a new lease for a 50,000-square-foot space in a an office tower currently under construction in the Brickell Financial District. The class-A building is the first standalone tower to be developed in the neighborhood in more than a decade.
3. KASEYA
Kaseya personnel are to be moving into the 14th and 15th floors of 800 Brickell Ave by the end of this year. The 42,870 square feet across the three floors in that building is expected to house more than 400 employees, according to Kaseya officials.
